Used this on a blocked kitchen run and the 7-inch screen made it easy to spot the grease build-up. The DVR recording was handy for showing the customer exactly what we found.
Delivery was quick and the kit was genuinely ready to use out of the box with the 32GB card included. The IP68 camera head handled a very wet inspection chamber without any issues.
As a maintenance engineer I needed a practical sewer inspection camera for regular checks on soil stacks and underground runs. The 30m cable is a very useful length and the LED brightness is strong in dark pipework.
Very good picture quality and much easier to use than a cheaper scope I tried before. My only minor criticism is that you need to feed it carefully through tighter bends, but for straight runs it is excellent.
Compared with a MOUNTAINONE unit I borrowed, this felt better thought through for actual reporting because the DVR and included storage card saved time. Good value for the specification.
Bought it to inspect a recurring blockage between the house and an outside gully. It did the job and helped us locate the trouble spot. The reel is a little bulky in a small van, but that is expected with 30 metres of cable.
Excellent drain camera for the price. The camera head lighting is bright, the monitor is clear even outdoors, and having footage to keep for our property records was a big plus.
